Hello my name is Tara Wells and I'm a family nurse practitioner. I was a registered nurse for 12 years prior to becoming an FNP. I worked in a surgical floor setting, OB clinic, surgery center, nursing instructor, urgent care, mental health, and administration. I graduated in 2006 from Helena College with my LPN and my RN in 2007. I finished my BSN in 2010 at Chamberlain University. I finished my MSN in nursing education and management in 2014 from Chamberlain University. I still didn't feel like I was truly helping my patients I cared for so I went back to school in 2016 to become an FNP. I graduated in February of 2018 from Chamberlain University. I have passion for helping people feel great as a whole person. I look forward to taking care of you!
